Historic Cherry Valley Businesses are looking for vendors/food trucks for the the 2nd Annual Spring Into Summer Festival in Cherry Valley NY, Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday May 27th - Sunday May 28th, 2023.

The festival is free & open to the public.

Vendors and Food Trucks should be open at minimum 10am – 4pm (rain or shine) both Saturday & Sunday.

Application deadline- MAY 1, 2023

The Festival planners (Historic Cherry Valley Businesses) will provide:

• a 10’ X 10’ space in the downtown area of the village

• Advertising and marketing

• Reasonable booth/ space fee ($45 for two days)

• Port o Potty in convenient location

For VENDORS: We will be offering a 10’ X 10’ space (must bring your own tent, tables, chairs) for both Saturday (5/27) and Sunday (5/28) of the Festival for $45 total. All vendor applications will be reviewed for approval, NO multi-level marketing vendors. All vendors will be concentrated in the NBT parking lot, the park next to 25 Main Collective (across the street), and along the sidewalk concentrated in the main shopping area on Main Street and Alden Street.

For FOOD TRUCKS: (Fee is also $45 for the weekend) We have approval from the Village for 4 food trucks to park on Main Street and Alden Street in the centralized business/street vendor area. - Looking to have a good variety (we already have a hot dog vendor). All food trucks must bring in all their own supplies/vehicle and be responsible for garbage created by their food business. Other food options in the village will be two restaurants serving a sit-down lunch.

Some proposed events for the Festival will be and not limited to:

• Cherry Valley Lilacs Events and classes

• Live music at the gazebo both Saturday & Sunday

• Basket Raffle at the Old School run by St Thomas Catholic Church

• Workshops offered by local artists at 25 Main Collective

• Cherry Valley Museum walking tours

• Free classes at The Telegraph School

• Food trucks and other food available for purchase
